A.R.Rahman takes three months for a song

Earlier this week we had reported that A.R.Rahman in research for six months, for composing the songs of ‘Kaaviya Thalaivan’ a period flick directed by Vasanta Balan. The story revolves around the theater groups existing in 1920s.

As reported earlier the film’s audio track will include 20 songs. A.R.Rahman has recently completed the last song. Director Vasanta Balan has revealed that the double Oscar winner had taken three months to deliver this song and the final output is excellent.

Vasantha Balan has also confirmed that the last song will be shot during the last week of this month and preparatory works for the same have begun now. Once the song shoot gets completed the entire shoot of the Siddharth-Vedhika starrer would be wrapped up.
